The system must include a mobile and web-based Emergency Management Application (EMA) featuring real-time monitoring dashboards, incident reporting, robust communication tools, and support for post-event analytics. A cloud-based backend is required for device management, alert routing, secure data storage, and role-based access controls. Additionally, the solution should provide a secure first responder interface featuring API integration with 911 centers, geolocation mapping, and incident data transmission.

Integration with existing security systems is critical, allowing seamless communication between safety systems and security teams, as well as enabling automated notifications and incident escalation.
