Compatibility with Windows PCs, particularly full support for the Edge browser, is required, along with seamless integration into existing district network environments, including compatibility with firewalls, content filtering, and deep packet inspection utilities. The platform must allow teachers 24/7/365 access from both on-campus and off-campus locations, supporting flexible instruction and monitoring.

Proposals must disclose any third-party services used to host content, such as videos, and provide a unified portal where course access is managed based on secure authentication and roster information. The system must also accommodate rostered accounts for users assigned a teacher role, even when no classes are attached in the roster data.
