This RFP seeks a vendor to provide creative services, campaign management, strategic planning, and media buying services with an overall objective of maximizing public awareness about water safety and preventing drownings and aquatic accidents in Ireland. The scope of work covers the ideation, creation, and production of impactful campaigns, including the development of all creative concepts, art direction, graphic design, copywriting, and comprehensive project management for water safety initiatives.

Vendors will be responsible for developing creative assets that both raise general public awareness and support educational programs at early learning centers, primary schools, and secondary schools, as well as promoting lifesaving sport. The contract also includes requirements for expert digital marketing services and consultancy to ensure effective messaging and the broad dissemination of water safety resources. The contract term is for one year.
