The City is seeking a vendor to provide creative services and on-call, as-needed support for its Old Town Marketing program. The selected vendor will receive available background information, existing marketing materials, brand guidelines, logos, and other relevant resources needed to complete the work.
Services include graphic design for multi-channel promotional materials across digital, print, and out-of-home formats. The vendor will produce brochures, flyers, signage, maps, and related collateral; develop layouts and assets consistent with City and Old Town brand standards; and provide editable source files upon completion.
The scope also includes professional photography and/or videography, including scripting, shooting, editing, talent sourcing, and permitting as needed. Final audio-visual assets must be delivered in formats suitable for digital, broadcast, social media, and event use. The vendor will also purchase and place digital advertising according to City-approved media plans, verify placements, and provide proof of performance.
