The state of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive creative services to support various marketing and public awareness initiatives. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing, producing, and delivering a broad range of creative design solutions tailored to the needs of media campaigns.

Key responsibilities include concept development, such as creating media campaign concepts and tag lines; designing advertisements for billboards, buses, and bus shelters; and developing scripts for radio and television commercials. The scope also covers print design services, including layout of text, graphics, and photographs, as well as producing digital ad content, such as videos for social media platforms.

Additionally, the vendor will be expected to create specialized versions of creative materials to be utilized during ozone action alert days issued by the agency. These specific adaptations may include billboard designs, homepage takeover graphics, and radio scripts tailored for high-impact communication during alert periods.
