An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive creative campaign development services. The scope includes conducting campaign insight research, supporting the design of ethnographic study tools, analyzing data, and participating in validation workshops to inform strategic direction.

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a two-tiered communication strategy. The first tier will focus on generating emotional desire for nutritious diets using campaign insights, while the second tier will drive increased interest in eggs with the goal of encouraging intent to purchase. Responsibilities also include concept and creative strategy development, crafting compelling key emotional messages, and producing a range of campaign materials such as photography, videography, artwork, radio advertisements, and out-of-home (OOH) assets. This entails managing external suppliers and ensuring all creative deliverables meet quality standards before presentation.

Additionally, the vendor will handle account management, overseeing the production budget and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Duties will also include the management of rights, talent fees, and all usage arrangements. Prior to launch, the vendor is required to test campaign concepts, messages, and creative materials with target audiences to ensure clarity, appeal, and relevance.
