An established marketing agency is sought to provide comprehensive creative and media buying services in support of integrated advertising campaigns. The selected agency will be responsible for delivering creative strategy, content development, and asset production, as well as making recommendations and managing the purchase of media placements to ensure campaigns achieve optimal reach and impact across all target audiences.

The agency will work closely with the organization's internal strategic communications team, offering creative design support and producing a fully integrated advertising plan tailored to achieve marketing and communication objectives. Campaigns may showcase animal births, new animals, features or exhibits, or the opening of new areas. Responsibilities will include managing campaign budgets, leading campaign summaries and post-campaign analyses with zoo teams, benchmarking results, highlighting successes, and providing recommendations for future growth.
