(1) Vendor needs to provide creative and media buying services.– Providing creative, strategy, production and related marketing services, including recommendations and purchase of media buying.– Marketing agency to support the creative content development, production of assets for any media needs, and make recommendations and facilitate media buying for campaigns to have maximum reach and impact to audiences.– Creative and media buying agency supporting the creative design support and production, the successful proponent will be expected to provide support to the internal strategic communications team– Strategically develop and produce integrated advertising plan with all assets to achieve the marketing and communication objectives within all identified markets.– Campaigns may include animal births or new animals, new features or exhibits, opening of new areas.– Managing budgets attributed to marketing campaigns.– Leading the campaign summaries and wrap up reports with zoo teams as required to highlight results, establish benchmarks, outline successes, identify opportunities for growth and other recommendations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
