An experienced creative agency is sought to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding initiatives for Irish Beef, focusing primarily on the Dutch and Belgian markets, with additional support for select international efforts. The agency will be responsible for providing services across the full spectrum of brand marketing, including brand strategy and positioning, creative concepting, copywriting, art direction, and content creation such as photography, video, design, and branded content.

The scope also involves adapting and localizing global campaigns, overseeing advertising production for TV, radio, digital platforms, print media, and social media assets, as well as developing website and digital content including web banners, landing pages, newsletters, and blogs. Additional responsibilities include social media management (content calendars, community engagement, and paid campaigns), in-store activations and POS materials, and providing creative support for events and public relations activities such as trade shows, chef collaborations, and press engagements.
