DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Alfred, Maine is seeking a qualified contractor to provide restoration services for a courthouse under a one-year contract. The work will include restoration of the cupola and main cupola structure, exterior siding, trim, and associated wood components; front porch columns, beams, and trim; and deteriorated soffits, fascia, and exterior trim.
