DESCRIPTION

The county seeks a qualified production services provider to videotape meetings of the county legislature and provide copies to the county government. Services will cover all legislative meetings, including regular monthly meetings, reconvened meetings, special meetings, budget sessions, and public hearings, under a one-year contract.

The provider must deliver very good to excellent image and audio quality so that every speaker can be seen and heard clearly.
