A California medical system is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a comprehensive Cost Accounting and Decision Support System (DSS). The vendor will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of a solution that enables the organization to perform detailed accounting cost modeling, finance analytics, management reporting, and productivity analysis.

The proposed system must allow the medical system to capture precise costs of service lines, including granular tracking of patient encounters and component-level expenses. It should support analysis related to staffing, ancillary services, supplies, and both direct and allocated costs. Additionally, the solution should facilitate the development of financial models and reports for what–if scenarios, as well as provide robust tools for enterprise-wide budget modeling, variance and financial analysis, cost accounting, service line profitability, and related functions.

Vendors are invited to submit questions regarding the opportunity by December 2, 2025. An optional pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 24, 2025.
