(1) Vendor needs to provide corrections risk needs assessment tool. – An evidence–based, validated, gender–specific risk–needs assessment tool designed for justice involved women. – The tool will support case planning, programming, re–entry preparation, and gender responsive correctional practices for exclusive use at agency women’s correctional institution. – Provide a validated gender–specific women’s risk–needs assessment tool. – Provide comprehensive training to agency staff. – Provide technical assistance for fidelity monitoring. – Assessment tool and scoring system. – Measure dynamic criminogenic needs, risk of institutional misconduct, community recidivism, and responsivity factors specifically relevant to women. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
