A correctional agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an evidence-based, validated, gender-specific risk and needs assessment tool tailored for justice-involved women. This tool will be implemented at a women's correctional institution to support case planning, programming, re-entry preparation, and promote gender-responsive correctional practices.

The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive assessment tool along with an integrated scoring system capable of measuring dynamic criminogenic needs, risk of institutional misconduct, community recidivism, and responsivity factors unique to women. In addition, the vendor is expected to provide thorough training to agency staff and ongoing technical assistance to maintain fidelity and effectiveness in tool implementation.

The contract for these services will be for a duration of one year. Vendors with expertise in validated assessment tools for women's corrections, staff training, and technical support are encouraged to respond.
