New York correctional facilities are seeking a vendor to supply educational software and hardware licenses designed specifically for correctional environments. The required software includes licenses for a learning management system (LMS), virtual classroom, TED Talk video suite, a comprehensive digital law library with student guides, substance abuse treatment programs, and secure communication tools to facilitate interactions between staff and residents. Additional features include access to Kolibri, the National Corrections Library with audiobooks, and National Corrections Radio.

The vendor will also provide hardware licenses that encompass security features such as the APDS Security Wrap and Secure Connection, along with the APDS Forms Engine and Data Portal. This solution aims to enhance educational opportunities, ensure secure information exchange, and support rehabilitation efforts within the facilities. A total of 100 licenses for both software and hardware components are required.
