This construction project involves correcting critical roof and exterior wall deficiencies at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, located in Dublin, Georgia. The scope of work includes roof replacement and minor exterior wall repairs for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 26, 27, 29, 41, and 62, totaling approximately 57,130 square feet. Additional repairs are required in various corridors and basement wall areas.

Specific tasks entail the full removal and replacement of existing roofs, necessary plumbing and mechanical alterations for objects protruding through the roof, and the installation, repair, or replacement of lightning protection systems. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price agreement with an estimated completion period of 365 days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Only certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors must be listed in the SBA certification database and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission.

Joint ventures are eligible, provided they meet statutory requirements. The award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procurement method. Prospective contractors must adhere to all compliance and reporting requirements outlined in applicable VA regulations.
