(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate strategy service.– Develop new corporate strategy for the period 2026–2028 and within this set out a purpose, vision and mission that will serve as a ‘north star’ for all agency staff– Undertake stakeholder consultation– Set out the key agency delivery programmes to activate Government policy, including an outline 3–year timetable to end 2028– Set out appropriate SMART KPIs that clearly align to Government tourism policy– Surface key considerations to be addressed in terms of organisation structure, systems and processes to ensure effective delivery of the strategy– Draft and deliver a final strategy document (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.
