The selected vendor will manage the rollout of the pilot program, overseeing sales, negotiations, contract management, fulfillment, and reporting. Additionally, the vendor is expected to deliver a strategic plan for scaling the program beyond its pilot phase, recommending a staffing model to eventually internalize the program operations.
