The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive maintenance and support services for its corporate network infrastructure. The network environment is primarily based on the Cisco Meraki platform, along with technologies from other network product manufacturers.

The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancements, and support of the current infrastructure. Tasks include configuration and tuning of Cisco Meraki routers, switches, firewalls (including IDS/IPS), and access points, as well as 24/7 proactive monitoring and health checks utilizing Cisco Meraki and appropriate third-party tools.

Additional responsibilities include help desk support for network-related issues, remote technical assistance, and support for VPN connections to cloud services such as Azure and AWS. The vendor will assist in maintaining the Azure cloud network, optimizing cloud connectivity, and troubleshooting as needed. Other duties may involve performing evaluations, integration strategies, and feasibility studies for commercial-off-the-shelf software.
