Vendor needs to provide corporate communications email platform. Modern, efficient and analytics–driven method for delivering communications to approximately 500 employees, with the flexibility to scale and add user licenses as the organization grows. Improve the visual presentation and formatting of internal messages delivered through Outlook. Provide robust analytics on employee engagement with communications. Solution should improve the quality of emails delivered through outlook, enhance communication engagement through analytics, simplify list management and optionally support mass texting with full two–way communication capabilities. Ability to produce visually improved, professionally formatted emails that render consistently across Outlook desktop, mobile and web clients. Compatibility with SharePoint content and ability to pull/display intranet content within emails as needed. Ability to build and manage dynamic or segmented lists based on Oracle data fields (e.g., department, business unit, location, role). Ability to manually build additional custom lists. Two–way SMS communication. Opt–in/opt–out management.
