(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate communications consulting services.– Corporate Communications Consulting Services for agency are expected to support strategic and operational needs– Development and implementation of a Corporate Communications Strategy aligned with agency business objectives.– Crisis Communications Planning and Support, including rapid response protocols.– Ability to provide communications and media relations support in both official languages (English and French), including back–up spokesperson services during emergencies.– Review and revision of existing communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with public–facing standards.– Creation of new communication materials for internal and external audiences, including digital and social media content.– Stakeholder engagement and consultation strategies, including public consultation processes and facilitation.– Issues management and proactive/reactive communication strategies for high–profile or sensitive matters.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
