The state of Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide Coreview licenses and subscription services. This procurement includes multiple components designed to enhance tenant management, auditing, support, and configuration oversight for the organization.

The required services encompass the provision of 5,000 CV–ENTERPRISE25–000 licenses, enabling advanced tenant management capabilities such as virtual tenants, license pools, on-premises data management, automated policies, over 100 workflows, and custom reporting. Additionally, 5,000 CV–ONEAUDIT–000 licenses are needed to deliver comprehensive access to audit log data with one year of data retention for enhanced auditing capabilities.

The offer also includes the CV–SILVERSUPPORT package, which provides 24/7 support with Level 1 resolution queue priority, as well as access to e-learning and standards webinars. Furthermore, the CV–PS–CONFIGURATIONMANAGER service is required to support configuration management, including baselines, benchmarks, drift detection, and backup restoration, along with bronze-level support. Qualified vendors with experience in Coreview administration, support, and implementation are encouraged to respond.
