Ontario is seeking a vendor to deliver a scalable, integrated software solution for managing core research facilities. The current operational environment relies on disparate systems, many developed within individual cores, resulting in manual processes, limited integration, and scalability challenges. Some existing tools are cost-efficient but lack the modern features and centralized management necessary for sustainable growth.

The proposed software should feature a user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, and robust support for compliance, audit, and reporting requirements. Key capabilities include secure authentication and authorization, inventory management, and the ability to track training, equipment warranties, calibration schedules, and consumable usage. Integration with existing institutional systems—including the PeopleSoft ERP System, Jaggaer eProcurement System, and other platforms—will be essential.

The solution must be cost-efficient, high-performing, and flexible enough to support both current needs and future expansion or changes in the facility portfolio.
