(1) Vendor needs to provide core research facility management software.– Current state current systems have generally been developed within individual cores, have become manually intensive to sustain, lacking integration and scalability. – Lack of centralized management and scalability as well as sustainability. – Some core facilities have existing systems that have been able and cost efficient but lack modern features and integration. – User–friendly interface and customizable workflows. – Support for compliance, audit, and reporting requirements. – Cost–efficient and high–performance solution. –Encrypted environment that facilitates authentication and authorization for trusted facility management to approved resources. – Integration with the existing PeopleSoft ERP System, Jaggaer eProcurement System and other platforms used by Western. – Flexibility to accommodate expansion/evolution of the institutional core facility portfolio – Inclusion of potential features and functions not yet recognized. – Track training, equipment warranties, calibration schedules and consumable usage. – Inventory management. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
