DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Newark, New York is seeking a vendor to provide cooperative milk, dairy products, and juice service for cafeteria operations. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering milk, milk products, and juices to designated cafeteria locations and must include in its bid the timeframe for providing additional products in the event of an emergency.

The contractor will be required to replace any damaged, spoiled, contaminated, defective, improperly labeled, expired, or otherwise unacceptable products within 24 hours of notification, unless an alternate resolution is approved.
