The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the design, construction, and fitout of the system, which must support a complete data network, wireless network (Wi-Fi), and voice over IP (VoIP) systems tailored specifically for the project.

Ongoing monitoring and maintenance will be required, including 24/7 monitoring and regular monthly or quarterly reporting to both the venue and project owner. Additionally, the scope of work includes outlining a strategy for the adoption of evolving technologies, such as beacon technology. This strategy must address system architecture, anticipated infrastructure and system needs throughout the project timeline, future build costs, upgrade responsibilities, and associated timelines.

The contract period for this engagement is five years.
