(1) Vendor needs to provide contractual landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Springville, UT. – The Scope of work includes mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation maintenance, full chemical application, weed management, shrub/grass pruning, planter bed maintenance, tree work, and clean up (blower and trash) of the parks/grounds belonging – The Contractor will be expected to become familiar with reservations and recreation programming scheduled on certain agency parks/grounds and to perform services to accommodate such reservations and programming and to have turf conditions ready so reservations and programming can perform under the best conditions and to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department – Maintenance service levels and frequencies of services are as follows: – All mowing will be completed at a 3” height – All mowing for each property will be completed at least one time each week with exception to the following.
