A vendor is sought to provide contract rights publishing services for the 2026–2027 fiscal year in Michigan. Responsibilities include producing seasonal recreation activity guides, overseeing graphic design services, and managing both digital and print deliverables. The scope of work entails template conception, layout, design, digital proofing, print management, and delivering print-ready and web-ready PDFs, along with sourcing appropriate stock imagery.

The selected professional graphic design company will be required to layout and produce a minimum of two activity guides per fiscal year. The contract period will span one year.
