(1) Vendor needs to provide contract management solution. – Contract management solution which will enable its centralised procurement function to streamline its activities in order to meet the growing demand for its services. – The Solution must support an efficient procurement service delivery by providing reporting analysis and live dashboards for tailored profiles, to enable effective management decisions and project allocation. – Provide a dynamic robust tool for pre–procurement planning, pipeline and tender management, and a source of real–time digital intelligence on supplier contracts and spend.
