(1) Vendor needs to provide contract lifecycle management tool– The Agency is seeking proposals from suppliers related to the purchase and implementation of an automated cradle–to–grave solicitation, evaluation, award and contract life cycle management system.– The Solicitation and Contract Management Platform will serve as a comprehensive system designed to streamline the solicitation and evaluation process, contract negotiation, management, and compliance tracking– Automate the solicitation process for vendors and procurement teams.– Automate contract creation, negotiation, and approval workflows.– Provide real–time tracking of contract statuses, deadlines, and milestones.– Offer a centralized repository for contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.– Enhance communication and collaboration between stakeholders through in–platform workflows and editing capabilities.• Key Features & Functionalities– RFx Management– RFx publishing and response submission portal– In–platform response evaluation and scoring system– Secure vendor registration and authentication– Notifications and alerts for bid opportunities– No charge to vendor to download and respond to agency opportunities– Contract Lifecycle Management– Drafting, routing, reviewing, and approving contracts (in–platform preferred)– Version control and audit trails for contract modifications– E–signature integration for approvals (preferred)– Automated contract renewal and expiration alerts (with ability to add other alerts as needed)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 8, 2025
