(1) Vendor needs to provide contract lifecycle management development and solution selection support service.– Contract lifecycle management (CLM) system selection and implementation planning.– The process of defining business and technical requirements, developing a competitive solicitation, evaluation support as subject matter expert of CLM solutions in the marketplace, and recommending the CLM solution best suited to the county’s needs.– Identifying and documenting the county’s functional, technical, security, integration, and workflow requirements for a CLM system.– Developing a formal request for proposal for CLM solution procurement.– Supporting the County throughout the process, including vendor identification, evaluation support as subject matter expert, and recommendation of a preferred solution.– Assisting in high–level scoping for subsequent project phases including configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post–implementation support planning.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
