(1) Vendor needs to provide contract administration software to stable and affordable housing and engage leaders to develop an integrated statewide policy that addresses poverty and provides opportunities for Oregonians.– The purchase of software and license to manage performance–based HUD Section Contract Administration; – Tools and resources to track and manage incentive–based performance standards such as rent adjustments, contract renewals, and housing assistance payments; – Professional support services; – Implementation services; – Project Management services; – Data conversion and migration services; – Testing services; – Training services; – Maintenance and support services (including services for enhancements); and – Optional hosting services. (2) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025. (3) A contract period will be for ten years.
