A government authority in Juneau, Alaska, is seeking a vendor to provide contract administration and inspection services for an upcoming park improvements project. The project involves comprehensive site construction and the installation of new amenities aimed at enhancing public recreation facilities.

The scope of work includes oversight and inspection related to mobilization, traffic control, demolition, disposal, erosion and sediment control, clearing, grubbing, excavation, and the placement of imported fill. Additional tasks include the installation of water, sewer, and storm drain pipe systems, construction of two tensioned fabric pavilions, two permanent 10’ x 14’ vendor kiosks, bar-top seating, and related structures. Pavement, play area development, curb and gutter work, topsoil application, seeding, tree and shrub planting, construction surveying, signage, lighting, electrical systems, and site furnishings are also part of the project. The selected vendor will ensure these activities are completed according to project specifications and agency standards.
