The government authority in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing general architectural services. These services cover the analysis of functional and aesthetic programming needs, as well as the creation of contract bid documents for new building construction, recreational and passive park facilities, and the renovation and repair of existing buildings.
Scope includes the design of ancillary systems such as elevators, pedestrian railing and security fencing systems, and fire suppression systems. Additionally, architects will be responsible for producing conceptual drawings for buildings and activity centres and analyzing alternative concepts.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2026. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
