The City of Sebastian, FL is seeking qualified vendors to provide ongoing professional services in the areas of planning, landscape architecture, and surveying. These services will support the city's processes for permitting, development review, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The selected consultant will assist with all aspects of the permitting and plan review process, including comprehensive analysis of projects, preparation and submission of required documentation, and management of communications with regulatory agencies. Key responsibilities include facilitating the approval of development plans and ensuring conformance with regulatory standards.

The scope also includes landscape architecture services such as site planning, grading, creation of planting and hardscape plans, stormwater management, erosion control, circulation and ADA accessibility, as well as the integration of native plantings, green infrastructure, and sustainable design principles. Surveying and mapping services required encompass boundary and topographic surveys, design-level and as-built surveys, utility location, wetlands surveys, legal descriptions, LiDAR services, asset management surveys, plat preparation, and accommodating construction field changes with redline drawings.
