Vendor needs to provide continuing architectural–engineering design services to the government authority located in FL. Provided shall include architectural or engineering services for all phases of development of design and bid documents, and construction administration services. Projects may include new construction, renovations, office renovations, etc. A minimum of three (3) firms will be selected and utilized on a rotating basis. The contract period will be for three years.
