The selected vendor will be responsible for the deployment and configuration of the Lightspeed filtering platform, including setting up internal and external DNS to support optimal traffic routing and policy enforcement.

The solution must enable teachers to monitor student screens, guide digital learning activities, manage online behavior, and foster engagement in both in-person and remote settings. Integration with existing district learning platforms and device management systems is required to ensure seamless access and classroom synchronization. Compatibility with identity and rostering systems such as Rapid Identity, ClassLink, and Microsoft Entra ID is also essential.

Post-deployment, the vendor will monitor system performance and the effectiveness of filtering policies, contributing to a safe and compliant digital educational environment. The contract period for this initiative will be one year.
