The vendor is required to provide comprehensive content development and management consultant services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a structured, forward-looking social media calendar, featuring posts, news items, and multimedia content that align with the commission’s mandate and communication objectives. The consultant will produce and package bilingual (Arabic–English) digital content tailored for social media platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency in messaging, and compliance with institutional visibility standards.

Additionally, the consultant will generate and deliver periodic social media performance and insights reports. These reports must cover analytics, engagement trends, audience growth, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. The role also involves designing and delivering practical training sessions to staff and volunteers, focusing on sustainable social media management, content planning, appropriate posting practices, tone of voice, and performance analysis.

Further duties include developing standardized communication templates, such as press releases and media advisories, to promote consistent external communications. The consultant is also expected to create structured success stories that highlight institutional progress and the impact of reforms on project beneficiaries, packaging these stories in multiple communication formats—including written narratives, visual summaries, and multimedia scripts suitable for digital dissemination.
