(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer website design, development, build, operate, migration and improve services using Drupal content management system. • Provide consumer website services to support our mission of promoting as a premier travel destination. • Design, build, operate, and continuously improve website as a mobile–first, AI–integrated website platform that is optimized to support global consumers in planning, while still inspiring consumers through its design and visual elements. • Website functions as the central consumer trip planning channel within a broader, non–linear travel ecosystem where decisions occur across paid media, search, social platforms, email, AI interfaces, maps, and partner environments. • Digital and Website Design Strategies, including CaaS design and implementation • Drupal back–end build and content migration, digital and website design strategies, and project management. • Supports trip planning before, during, and after booking • Balances brand storytelling with practical, user–driven information • Performs across mobile, search, and emerging AI–driven discovery environments • Designing websites that bring brands to life through function and experience, not promotional messaging • Translating brand strategy into usable, planning–oriented digital experiences • Integrating editorial, visual, and data–driven content into easy–to–use, scalable templates • Supporting SEO and AI discoverability through structured content, entities, and metadata.
