(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for facility renewal strategy services to the government authority located in Ontario.– Evaluate the current arena network capacity, condition, accessibility, distribution and utilization.– Identify/opportunities for renewal, conciliatorily repurposing, potential multi–purpose configuration, or Divestment of aging facilities, including consideration of non–ice and community use opportunities.– Ensure the arena system supports community well–being, sport development, equity, and climate resilience, while maximizing year around facility utilization.– Present actionable, costed, evidence–based recommendations for short–, medium–, and long–term implementation that aligns with the strategic plans, asset management goals, and financial and resource capacity.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 02, 2025.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
