The selected vendor will provide consulting services to develop comprehensive corporate strategic plans. Responsibilities include overall project management and coordination, encompassing project scheduling, regular progress meetings, and status reporting throughout the term of the assignment.

The consultant will conduct both internal and external research, reviewing relevant municipal documents, existing plans, and demographic information. Asset mapping and situational analysis will be performed to inform the development of actionable recommendations.

Community consultation and engagement activities will be planned and executed to assess the needs and priorities of residents, businesses, and the wider community. The process will also involve consultation with the municipal Council and Senior Leadership Team to determine project direction and core deliverables.

The final outcome will include deliverables featuring clear recommendations, prioritized strategies, and a practical implementation action plan to guide the Municipality during the upcoming Council term and thereafter.
