(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting, design, and engineering services to the government authority located in SeaTac, WA. – Project management. – Development of Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP). – Development of Evaluation and Data Management Plan (EDMP). – Survey services to support design. – Traffic engineering and data collection services to support design and implementation. – Coordination with Mio vision Technologies to implement ATSPMs with video detection systems. – Preparation of necessary permits and environmental clearances; including NEPA and SEPA. – Coordination with utility providers to relocate utilities, if necessary. – Coordinate and conduct outreach efforts with the public, as well as, local agencies. – Preparation of 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% level plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate. – Bid and award support. – Design support during construction.
