(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting and engineering design services including oversight of housing construction and other economic development projects to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. (2) A mandatory pre proposal project site tour will be held on December 10, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
