(1) Vendor needs to provide consultation and software application integration services. – Software Application Integration a) Conversion of the existing GIS into an ESRI Utility Network b) Development of interfaces to integrate the converted ESRI Utility Network with City works and Unity for asset management, c) Integration of ESRI Utility Network with Groton Utilities' existing Trimble or a third–party outage management system. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
