(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant, public health long–term financial planning and funding strategies service. – A resilient and financially sustainable organization positioned to meet current and future strategic operational needs, future population growth, and long–term success in improving county population health outcomes, including formulating new and sustainable public health funding strategies. – An experienced firm to develop the department’s public health strategic funding growth and diversification plan and guide its local public health funding workgroup. – Provide an assessment of the department’s historical and current financial condition. – Conduct a comparison of revenue with peer, like–size local health jurisdictions with similar populations and programming. – Identify opportunities to diversify revenue to achieve the department’s strategic goals and identified priorities and to provide essential public health services. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
