A government authority in Kentucky is seeking a vendor to manage and support a Construction Trade Pipeline Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and delivering technical assistance to enhance the capacity of service providers, ensuring they meet established quality and consistency standards, and achieve or surpass performance targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting fiscal and programmatic monitoring to ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, local, and private grant requirements.
