The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr Memphis VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified contractor to perform renovation services for the 1st floor primary care clinic in Building 1. This project involves a complete interior renovation, including demolition and removal of the existing clinical lab and interior walls, installation of new wall construction, application of finishes, and updates to mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems. The scope of work also includes patching and matching finishes, and remodeling to create new toilet rooms and corridors to enhance clinic functionality and patient care.

This opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Contractors must be registered with SBA DSBS and the System For Award Management (SAM) to be eligible. The estimated construction value ranges from $10 million to $20 million, and the project will be procured under FAR Part 15 using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
