Vendor needs to provide construction support services to the government authority located in Hawaii. Provide the following personnel to assist the agency during pre-construction, construction and post-construction of this project: 1. Full-Time staff: One (1) Construction Inspector (equivalent to a State Construction Inspector IV) 2. Part-time staff: One (1) Project Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer IV) and One (1) Field Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer III).
