(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services of a new maintenance facility to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX. – Project Manager will manage all aspects of the remaining 65% of the design phase and the entire construction process – The PM will assist the architects and construction contractors while maintaining direct responsibility for ensuring work products are completed on schedule, on budget, and to the level of quality required by the agency (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
