DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Lehigh Acres, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction services. The scope of work includes site preparation, installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of a new 750 kW diesel standby generator in compliance with all relevant codes and project specifications.

The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to complete the project. Additional tasks include the installation of reinforcement, slab-on-grade, tie beams, CMU walls, and drainage openings according to structural details. The project also requires the installation of a 4-pole 1600A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS-2) in a NEMA 3R enclosure, a 1200A Distribution Panel (EDP), and Enclosed Circuit Breakers (ECB-1 at 300A and ECB-2 at 1600A), both fully rated and suitable for service entrance applications.
