A government authority in Charlottesville, Virginia seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive construction services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sidewalks, curbing, drainage, wall construction, road construction and restoration, demolition, concrete work, minor utility work, site work, and surveying.
The selected contractor will be responsible for notifying Miss Utility prior to any ground disturbance and will be liable for any damage to utilities, public infrastructure, or private property. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026, and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by April 17, 2026.
