Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Maintenance, exterior and interior painting, commercial landscaping and fencing, to be performed at various City owned and managed properties that include public buildings, parks, airport, water park, cemeteries, golf courses, tennis courts, library, museum, sports complex, recreation centres, senior citizen centres, waste water treatment plant, civic centre, convention centre.– Residential Construction (New Housing Construction).– Street Construction and Repair.– Low Voltage Electrical and Cabling.– Plumbing.– HVAC/Mechanical.– Exterior/Interior Painting.– Electrical.– Roofing.– Fencing.– Landscaping.– Structural Demolition.– Weed and Brush Control.– Excavation and Earthwork.– Water and Sewer Systems Construction and Repairs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2026.
