Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Demolition and removal of selected portions of exterior roofing components of the buildings.– Removal and legal disposal of demolished materials off site. Except– Provide and maintain shoring as required to perform the work.– Remove and dispose of existing shingles, underlayment and designated sheet metal flashings to expose existing plywood sheathing.– Install new downspout systems where missing including downspouts, elbows, strap anchors, decorative strap covers, strainers, aluminum leaders and downspout connection.– Remove existing and install new open style valley flashing. (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 9,2026.
